Q: What does The Core do?

A: The Core – as always, sells Apple computers (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, iMac desktops, Studio Mac and Mac Pro and iPad mini and Apple Tablets such as iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro 11 and 12.9inch.  We also sell and attach AppleCare Plus to protect your device against accidental damage.  We provide a low pressure, one-on-one personal buying experience for your Apple investment.

  

Q: Does The Core Sell or Repair iPhones?

The Core does not sell or repair iPhone.  For iPhone repair, please call Apple Support at 1-800-MYAPPLE (1-800-692-7753).

Q: Does The Core Sell or Repair iPads?

The Core does not repair iPads.  For iPad repair, please call Apple Support @ 1-800-MYAPPLE (1-800-692-7753).

Q: Does The Core Sell or Repair Apple Watch?

The Core does not sell or repair Apple Watch.  For Apple Watch repair, please call Apple @ 1-800-MYAPPLE (1-800-692-7753).

Q: I’m locked out of my Apple ID and can’t access iCloud, what do I do?

The Core no longer supports Apple ID resets.  First try resetting your Apple ID by visiting: www.iforgot.apple.com.  Enter your Apple ID and follow the instructions provided.  If you still can’t get into your Apple ID, contact Apple Support @ 1-800-MYAPPLE (1-800-692-7753).

 

Q: I forgot my password to my iPhone/iPad.  What do I do?

The Core no longer supports iOS lock-outs.  If you are locked out of your device, you must restore it to factory settings.  See instructions here.  Once your device has been reset, you WILL need your Apple ID & Password to restore your data from iCloud.

Q: My E-mail is not working on my device.  Can The Core help me with my e-mail?
